фин., банк., юр. соглашение о контроле счета* (соглашение, по которому заемщик обязуется поддерживать на своем счете сумму, достаточную для обеспечения займа, а кредитор получает право контролировать операции по данному счету; при этом право собственности на денежные средства или ценные бумаги, задепонированные на счете, остается у должника; в качестве такого счета может выступать сберегательный счет, счет ценных бумаг и т. д.)
